We began our offshore drilling operations in 1994 with the acquisition of the Alaskan Star. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio of offshore rigs to nine units: six are ultra-deepwater rigs, one deepwater rig and two midwater rigs.

We have a new and technologically advanced fleet of ultra-deepwater rigs. All of our drilling rigs are either less than five years old or had major upgrades within the last five years.

Our ultra-deepwater fleet is comprised of:

  • three semi-submersible, of which two rigs are in operation
  • three drillships in operation
