QGOG Constellation has entered into strategic partnerships to support investments that allow us to benefit from increased demand for FPSOs in Brazil. The FPSOs listed below are currently chartered to Petrobras.
FPSO Capixaba: This unit is currently operating in the Cachalote Field, off the coast of the State of Espírito Santo. The FPSO Capixaba has an oil production and treatment capacity of up to 100,000 barrels of oil and a gas compression capacity of 3.2 million cubic meters of gas per day. QGOG Constellation owns a 20% interest in the FPSO.
Cidade de Paraty
FPSO Cidade de Paraty: The FPSO Cidade de Paraty is currently operating at the Lula NE field, in the Santos Basin. It has an oil production and treatment capacity of up to 120,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd) and 5 million cubic meters of natural gas per day. QGOG Constellation owns a 20% interest in the FPSO and has an active participation in the operation of the unit.
Cidade de Ilhabela
FPSO Cidade de Ilhabela: The conversion of this FPSO is completed and the top side modules are being integrated in Brazil. This unit is expected to achieve first oil in 2H2014. It will have a production and treatment capacity of up to 150,000 barrels of oil and 6.0 million cubic meters of gas per day, with a storage capacity of 1.6 million barrels of oil. The FPSO Cidade de Ilhabela will be deployed on the Sapinhoá pre-salt Field, located in the Santos Basin. QGOG Constellation owns and operates a 12.75% interest in the FPSO with the option to increase to 25.5% after first oil.
Cidade de Maricá
FPSO Cidade de Maricá: The hull of this FPSO is being converted in China. The top side modules are under construction in Brazil. This unit will be deployed on the Lula Alto pre-salt field in the Santos Basin pre-salt area offshore Brazil and will have similar specifications to FPSO Cidade de Ilhabela, with a daily oil production capacity of 150,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) and gas production capacity of 6.0 million cubic meters per day (m³/d). Planned delivery for FPSO Cidade de Maricá is expected by the end 2015. QGOG Constellation owns a 5% interest in the FPSO.
Cidade de Saquarema
FPSO Cidade de Saquarema: It is a sister ship to Cidade de Maricá, with identical construction sites and operating specifications. This unit will be deployed on the Lula Central pre-salt field in the Santos Basin offshore Brazil by early 2016. QGOG Constellation owns a 5% interest in the FPSO.
